Can you imagine anyone being so pedantic that they constantly used some of their power to make sure their cape had the proper 'hero wind flutter', even in space...
That would almost approach an ocd level of fastidiousness (is that a word?). |

| I sort of got this image in my head of this guy catching some bankrobbers, he catches them all without anyone coming to harm because when they see him they all fall down laughing and can't use any guns or powers... |
